2nd hand: Royal Copenhagen

Hi Every one!

Sorry for the bit of lack the last couple of days, but I've been quite sick, but I'm getting better now ;)

Last Saturday I helped my bf's Grandmom moving, and she found some old stuff, that she wanted to throw out!

But then I found this treasure!

A beautiful Royal Copenhagen "Mussel" painted cup and sauser!

His Grandmom wanted to throw it out because it had a few cracks -but they're tiny!
So I got it, and it's now displayed nicely in my glass-cabinet! ;)

I feel so lucky! It's my first cup from Royal Copenhagen, I loooooove their Mussel painted stuff! -Especially their multicoloured elements!! It's quite expensive, but it's hand painted and glazed!

So beautiful! ^^

Have a great evening!

Painted Frames!

Hi Every one! :D

I made a post about Royal Copenhagen last month, and I bought some frames in IKEA, and decided to paint them, with inspiration from Royal Copenhagen! :D

And here they are!

I think it looks awesome! :D Just what I had in mind ^^

I'm home alone and the weather is pretty dull, so I think I'm gonna light some candles and get wrapped up in a plaid ;)

Royal Copenhagen!

Hi Every one!

I wanna tell you how much I LOVE Royal Copenhagen's Multicoloured Elements Dinnerware! <3 It's a mix of the old design and a new one, designed by Louise Campbell!

Here's a quote from their page:
"Into the heart of Denmark’s heritage, Historical yet timeless: Royal Copenhagen’s very first porcelain dinner service, the Blue Fluted pattern is as graceful as when it was first adopted in 1775 as the very first porcelain dinner service. Centuries later, Blue Fluted Plain is a cultural cornerstone as well as a part of the fabric of daily modern life in Denmark – still painted and glazed by hand." - Royal Copenhagen

Here's some pictures of the beautiful Multicoloured Elements Dinnerware! <3

Plate 25cm - Sky - 529 DKK
Bowl - Drizzle - 699 DKK
Thermal Mug - Coral - 749 DKK
Dish - Chestnut - 699 DKK

Deep Plate - Sage - 559 DKK
Jug - Apricot - 749 DKK
It's of cause a bit expensive, but it's handglazed and -painted, and it's SO so worth the money!

You should check out Royal Copenhagen's page! They have so many nice things!
